This building is used a corporate retreat and meeting space for the ownership group and is only in use a few times per month. This is a great spot for groups that appreciate the more rustic things in life. Property is located along a long stretch of privately held river frontage in some of the best Steelhead, Coho, and Chinook fishing areas in Lane County. Only a 20-minute drive to Florence, the Casino, and golf. *Note* There is 1 full bath (with shower) & 2 half baths.

Pool table, Poker table, Bar, kitchen, wood stove, outdoor patio, outdoor fire pit, fishing hole, Horse shoe pit. Everything you need for your corporate retreat.
