This accommodation, for seven people, is located in Mancor de la Vall, a quiet little town situated in a valley by the Serra de Tramuntana range -a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Therefore, the views from the house are spectacular.
It has a large pool, a spacious sunbathing area with deck-chairs, natural grass garden areas, several furnished terraces, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and parking space for several cars.
The house is distributed over one floor. It has four bedrooms -three doubles and one single-, two full bathrooms, a large dining room, a living room overlooking the garden and a fully-equipped kitchen. All rooms are outside-facing and have high-end finishes. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Mancor is a lovely village located by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, where you can find small supermarkets, some restaurants and traditional bakeries. You can walk around the village in order to discover the essence of the island. The architecture of both the streets and the houses, which mostly dates back to the 19th century, preserves the local style. Some cultural sites are the medieval chapel of Santa Llúcia, the country house of Massanella or the oil press of Son Morro, with great ethnological value. There are plenty of archaeological sites such as the remains of Clot dels Diners or Cova de Montaura.
The location of the villa allows you to explore with ease any corner in the island. Selva, Caimari, Alaró and Orient are some of the nearest villages, also located on the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, which are worth a visit. Inca, just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation, is the closest town where you will find all possible amenities: large supermarkets, local and international restaurants, clothing stores, banks, jeweller’s, bus and train services, etc. Within a 40-minute drive you can reach the idyllic rocky coves of the northern coast and within a 30-minute drive, the long sandy beaches in the bay of Alcúdia.
