Our house is located on the side of a hill bordering the Bay of Sóller. The magnificent views, the cozy atmosphere of the house and the place itself, will make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Majorcan style house, is a duplex located on the second floor so you have to climb several scalar to access it. The house has a cozy and bright living / dining room preceded by a nice and beautiful terrace from which to admire the scenery while taking a snack. The well equipped kitchen with a rustic touch, a small toilet next to the entrance and a discreet storage under the stairs, up the whole first floor of this charming duplex. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, has a window overlooking the rear of the house. The second with 2 single beds contains a small terrace to watch the sunrise to wake up and facing the front of the house and the latter also with double bed and an en suite bathroom also has a window facing the bay. A second separate bathroom complete the number of rooms in the 2nd floor. The two upstairs bathrooms have shower.
Finally, on the back is a large terrace where you can sunbathe or celebrate a family barbecue.
The accommodation is completely private so no common areas to share with other neighbors. It has a parking, free Wi-Fi network, television, etc.
At the reception guests will be informed of everything about the functioning of the house, in addition to providing first-hand information on the areas of interest in the surroundings.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights with 5 people and 2 little kids in this beautiful appartment. It was perfect, because we were close to the city/beach (10min walk), but despite that it was surprisingly quiet (neighbourhood, traffic, at night). The view was overwhelming and could be seen from 2 terraces (one perfect in the morning, the second perfect in the afternoon/evening). To have contact with Diana was really easy, highly reliable and she welcomed us heartly. Everything we needed was in the appartment. It was spacious, had 3 bedrooms, she even provided us a babycot. 2 bathrooms were also a luxury and speeded the preparing time for 6 people a lot. One of the bathrooms smelled not so well, I even woke up in the night because of the smell (I think the toilet), but that might be gone after some usage. I highly recommand the stay at Diana's. Thanks a lot! :)
