Negative: Vacasa links and apps do not work through booking.com. we had to call vacasa to get info. Vacasa sent address and door code via email. All worked ok, just recognize the links and apps won't work. A binder in the home to explain bedroom fireplace operations and last morning departure expectations would be helpful..
