**Please note that there is more than one apartment and that there might be minor deviations in layout. All items (down to the number of knives and forks), room sizes, amenities, quality level, etc. are exactly the same but there are minor layout differences.**
**We kindly require a $300 security deposit as a temporary authorization hold. This amount will be released within 5-7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or lost items. Please note that any lost keys will incur a charge of $300 AUD.
Additionally, guests are required to complete the guest portal and agree to our house rules before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the inability to check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. All our units are equipped with a smart lock, enabling you to enjoy a hassle-free check-in. Upon your arrival, you will receive a unique code that can be used for your booked apartment, meaning that you can check in at exactly the time you want after 4PM. If you should arrive before our 4 PM check-in time, we promise to do our best to make sure your unit is available as fast as possible.

From here, you'll have access to the Hurstbridge Line, which connects you to Melbourne's central business district in a quick and efficient manner.
