Positive: The property was excellently situated from the beach and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Perfect for a stroll and for beating the traffic.

Negative: The apartments could have been more cleanly. The toilets/bathrooms were quite dusty with a fair amount of hair around the place. The windows in the kitchen area above the sink were mouldy the whole way down the pane.
