Positive: The house felt like home and cozyness, and the BBQ was a plus, the kiddos loved the sand box, the view is spectacular! The kiddos loved the binoculars they loved whail watching as they migrate through the ocean around this time of year! There is like a two minute walk to A parking lot round about, that has a walk way to the sand. The kiddos loved seeing the reindeer galloping in front of the house.. we did s'mores in the fire pit out on the balcony. The pool table was a hit and box games .. Hot tub was all amazing! We would love to definitely consider coming back again next year!

Negative: The fir pit area wasn't cleaned upon arrival, it had lemon peels on the ground on the outside of it and half eaten corn on the cob also.. we took pictures of our walk through before we started to unload our luggages.. most kitchen items were not in it's labeled areas they were scattered. so I placed them where they were supposed to be (pots/pans, big utensils, cooking/baking bowls/cookware) but they were all there except for the hand mixer there was only the attachments. Before we checked out I did a sweep through to make sure the kiddos didn't leave any items behind and while looking under the beds, I noticed that none of under the beds get dry mopped or swept as they do have accumulated dust and dubree/spider webs under them. The walkway stairs to get onto the beach, could get an upgrade with hand bars and new footing boards for more safety for the guest whom want a closer beach access. The fireplace next to the dining room table wasn't wanting to turn on. The front door wasn't wanting to lock so I had to call the main office to let them know and that the cleaners were there and a sweet older gentleman (in a black SUV) he said was the owner and was taking pictures outside of the property he said he will get the door taken care of and fixed soon and thanks for letting him know. The garage bins already were both half full on the side of the house.
