Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: 1) Location is great; and 2) friendly staff.
Negative: 1) there is most of the times nobody at the reception, only a phone number that is not promptly available. I had to wait 15-20 minutes to check-in; first morning did not know where to go for breakfast; and novody was there for my check-out. 2) in one of the days, there was a karaoke singing with a giant sound box inside of the hotel (until +- 21:30) which I found not only unacceptable but also bizarre as the noise was terrible. 3) staff smokes in the hotel lobby area.
