This two bedroom, two bathroom home with floor to ceiling glass views from almost every room gives you everything you need to relax and unwind while soaking up the tranquility of coastal, harbor front living yet being only 15-20 minutes from in town essentials
Tucked away in the privacy of small town living this house includes first floor kitchen, living, laundry, full bath, and first floor bedroom with two twin xl beds (can be made into a king if requested ahead of time) with a full deck overlooking the harbor.
Upstairs offers a large king bedroom and second full bath with a private balcony also providing expansive harbor views.
Living area includes a full kitchen, dining table set for 4 with extra leaves available underneath for any extra room needed, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Large deck offers plenty of seating and a BBQ grill.
Carefully navigate the grounds down to the waterfront where you can enjoy use of a private dock, float, and access to moorings should you wish to bring or rent a boat for your stay. Enjoy watching local lobstermen come and go with their daily catch right next door; note there could be some early morning noise due to this as well, but nothing too disturbing.
The property has its own private parking on site, and is just 15-20 minutes from the necessities, restaurants, and essentials needed in town Thomaston/Rockland. It is also within an hour or two drive of most popular Maine daytrips including Boothbay Harbor and Acadia National Park, and only about 40 minutes from Camden.
Guest may enjoy the entire house, yard, and waterfront to themselves with the exception that the owners may occasionally use the side access path to the float to get to their boat. This would be quick pass throughs and no hanging out or disturbing guests during their stay.
This home is best suited for adults only or families with older children only, could be dangerous for young children/toddlers with the rocky terrain. Children should be supervised at all times. Absolutely no smoking and no pets. No events or parties. Although the property is set up to give ample privacy, neighbors are close through the woods and we ask to keep noise to a minimum to not disturb as sound can travel easy on the water.

Owners may use access dock to get to their boat from time to time, especially during summer months, but they will take side path straight there and will not disturb, pass through yard, hang out on dock, or cause any problem or privacy disruption. They may be at boat shop at top of driveway at times too, but this is located away from house and will be no bother or disruption to your stay and/or privacy.
