Positive: Location, views, comfy beds and games room.
Negative: The kitchen was not clean on arrival. Photo evidence. We had no power in the lounge and games room plus the fridge and wine fridge both of which smelt. After receiving a text about a week earlier from the housekeeper saying please donโ€™t hesitate to ask questions I messaged her and the response was โ€œsorry Iโ€™m on holiday, contact the ownerโ€. This we did a few times and have still had no response. Eventually after further messages asking to know where the fuse box might be, the housekeeper answered giving us a couple of options. We then managed to sort it. But the fridge took a while to get cold. Tbh, In a place such as this a welcome pack would have been expected. Better detailed information about kitchen equipment would have also been useful. Hairdryers werenโ€™t in each room as had been said in the information. We were all getting ready for a wedding so were disappointed and had to go and purchase one.
Summary: We had a lovely wedding and relaxed in the house on thf Sunday which was very nice.
