We are located in the famous RiverPoint Boat community that is conveniently located 13 miles to the charming white sands and restaurants of quaint Anna Maria Island. River Pointe is located near the Braden and Manatee Rivers, and the palm-tree lined home is situated around a saltwater canal.
The breezy backyard paradise is sure to be your favorite to socialize and work on your tan! Enjoy the sunsets over our waterfront covered Lanai patio with heated pool. Indulge in endless amenities, like hardwood floors and a shuffleboard table, in our professionally designed, canal-front home, which sleeps 10. This spacious 2,500 square foot home is ideal for large families, multiple generations, business groups, multiple couples, snowbirds, sports tournaments, or anyone who desires a generous space to unwind with style. Other things to note
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around exterior of the house (front door, front garage and side garage, back pointing out to the dock) but no inside camera to ensure our guests privacy.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels
- Single level only, no stairs
- MAX adults allowed in this home is 8.
- Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available.
- Heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (rec b/w Oct to May)
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: for the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests that are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund.
We are located in a very quiet HOA neighborhood along the waterfront! Beautiful homes with green lush landscaping.
