The second floor allows full enjoyment, with no obstruction from dunes or grasses, as with some units. Pelican 37’s deck is more forward, affording privacy from the neighboring units, which are recessed to our right and left, and allowing views of both sunrise AND sunset. Because the condo's location is at the end of the Point, the beach is often without another person in sight, except for early morning walkers.
Relaxing and restful, the condo is perfect for those wanting to ‘get away from it all’. Tennis courts, basketball, sand volleyball and a remarkable Bird Sanctuary are available within the gated community.
