Positive: We’ve had a lot of good breakfasts on this trip, but this one was the absolute best - served on the balcony with a fantastic view of the valley below and the surrounding jungle with the railway track. The location here is perfect, far enough away from town center that it’s quiet in the evening but close enough that the hotel tuk tuk can drive you down in about 10 minutes. The tuk tuk driver also picked us up after dinner and brought us back up again. We were able to walk from the door over to Ella rock trail head and up the mountain, it adds an extra bit of elevation gain and distance but it’s a beautiful walk and good exercise which we appreciated. The room is perfect, really nice bed with good pillows, duvet, and netting around the bed. Excellent place to watch the sun rise without even leaving bed or enjoy it from the beautiful balcony. Excellent staff who took great care of us and offered great conversation. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella. 💖
