Positive: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They very promptly answered any questions we had about the apartment and the area The apartment was very clean and well equipped with mostly everything we needed for our month long stay Location was very convenient - close to the shopping centre, Ciudad de las Artes y las Sciences and 30 minutes walk/10 minutes on the metro to the city centre
Negative: At times it was a bit warm in the apartment, despite the air conditioning. However Singular Stays sent someone to look at our air conditioning after we expressed our concerns but the maintenance man explained to us that it was a design fault (high ceilings/high air conditioning unit) which did not lend itself to optimum cool airflow throughout the apartment. It might be a good idea to include a small welcome letter including general information about the apartment (where to empty bins, how to use the air conditioning, information about the shared pool, information about local shops/restaurants/attractions). However Singular Stays were very prompt and helpful at responding to any questions that we had during our stay.
