Positive: The hotel is pretty, located in the woods, and the restaurant on site (Oak Steakhouse) is a really good high-end restaurant with a beautiful view.
Negative: 1) There are no ramps at all at the property, so if you have a stroller or a wheelchair, do not stay at this hotel. 2) They don't have breakfast there, they supposedly have breakfast items to buy at reception, but only some pastries and coffee, and on Saturday it was past 8.30am and they weren't open yet. 3) On our last night, around 10:30pm we started to hear loud live music, first coming from the hall directly outside the rooms, and then from a patio area outside our balcony. We tried complaining but no one from the hotel was reachable at night. The next morning, when we complained at reception, they told us the music was from guests, that at night only 1 manager stays and that he didn't hear it from his room (perhaps he was lucky and his room was on the other side, but we heard it, music woke up our baby and didn't stop until past 12am). We got the feeling that guests are "left on their own" at night, and I didn't like it. We won't return to this hotel.
