Positive: Great location, really cosy and welcoming, key safe worked well, the shower was hot and strong.

Negative: The wifi code that was on the blackboard when you entered was wrong, we had to go through the handbook to find the correct one. The recycling and bin information was contrasting - no idea at all which one was correct and couldn’t find anywhere to put bins/ recycling on bin day! There were no laundry bags to put laundry in at the end if the stay. The oven didn’t work, we followed the instructions and that didn’t work and then messaged the company about how to use the oven and no one came back to us throughout then entire stay. Sooo disappointed in this as we use booking.com a lot

Summary: Lovely and definitely worth staying in but the company they use need to sort themselves out!
