Positive: Spacious room and bathroom. Ocean view from the balcony, beautiful vegetation.
Negative: The hotel is clearly going through some tough times. The staff is trying hard, but they're overwhelmed and usually don't have time to deal with your problems. The air conditioning in the room didn't work in the heat. No one responded to my requests to fix it. The restaurant is a complete mess for breakfast and dinner, with drinks and basic dishes in short supply. Huge lines for everything from bread to scrambled eggs.
