Summary: We checked in late at night for our first night and the lights were on and the home was cozy and warm! Property manager was easy to contact and super-responsive. Had a problem and he was ready to come take care of it right away. Only down-side was - it was too cold to use the jacuzzi, Otherwise, my family and I had a fantastic and relaxing vacation!
