The Space:
This one-story home is 1600 square feet that feature 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a spacious backyard, a barbecue grill, a coffee bar, 70-inch flat-screen TV with a soundbar in the living room, 65-inch Flat-screen TV in the master bedroom, 32 inch TV in bedroom 2. All TVs are equipped with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Fast Wi-Fi.
Upon entering, you step into the formal dining room. Off to the right of the formal dining room sits one of the guest bedrooms. A fireplace separates living room number 2 that’s equipped with a 70” 4k Flat-screen TV with a soundbar that makes you feel like you’re in a movie theatre. The living room is overlooked by a beautiful recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, a two-door refrigerator, and a sliding drawer freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, full coffee bar, Keurig Coffee maker, a simple blender and toaster, and a dining room table to enjoy meals together. The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with an attached bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Full-sized bed and a twin bed. The third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed and a Twin bed. There is a separate room for a washer and dryer as well.
Outdoors, enjoy the private backyard, covered patio, barbecue, outdoor dining table that seats 6, lounge chairs.

Guest Access:
You have the entire house to access except the garage the garage will be kept locked with no available entry. Everywhere else in the house is acceptable. I hope you have a nice time
The Neighborhood:
This house is in a family-oriented residential neighborhood. With a park that's only a 3 min walk away.
Getting Around:
Driveway parking only, as there is a fire hydrant in front of the home. Uber and Lyft are available at any time. Three-minute walk to family parks, 2-3 minute drive to banks.
Other Things to Note:
Please park properly in the driveway and in front of the house if needed. Also please do not create a nuisance and disturb the neighbors.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE(This includes Baby showers, birthday parties) Please keep the noise levels down. No extra guests are allowed.
Please inform us of all guests in advance.
If you are bringing pets, please make sure they use the designated area for pets outside! Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $250 extra cleaning fee.
Normal check-in time is after 4 pm but we are flexible if the house is available. Just ask in advance. Check-out is at 10 am to allow cleaning for the next guest but we are flexible if you ask in advance and there is no other guest checking in. (Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee)
Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $50 charge or a daily rate.
There will be a $500 cleaning charge for smoking inside the house. Please avoid doing so. (Smoking is permitted in Backyard ONLY!!)
Please restrain from mentioning Airbnb or short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors.
You will be free to come in and leave as much as you like 24/7.
This city never sleeps and you shouldn't either.
You will be provided with your own door code and can explore the town on your own terms.
