And separate entrance. The house is very quiet and close to nature, only 200 m from Greifswalder Bodden away. It is about 32 km to the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. It also includes a beautiful large lawn with garden furniture, barbecue, and table tennis. Here also possible to play basketball. For a fee of10 euros per guest are for you at your arrival fresh towels are provided and beds are already aufbezogen with linens. All rooms are equipped with radio and TV. Our spacious apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential building and has a separate entrance (side staircase). It is about 120 square meters, can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and one infant up to 3 years.The apartment was modern and comfortable. In the cozy fireplace room, you can spend pleasant hours by the fire in the colder seasons. In the living room there is a comfortable couch with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. Here is also a dining table with seating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds with bedside tables and reading lamps, a TV and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has an additional rollaway bed. The apartment has 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet. A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided on request free of charge. For a fee of 10 Euro per guest fresh towels are ready on arrival and the beds are already provided with linen. On about 4000 sqm plot size are sufficient parking and play areas for children. At our property borders a bike path from Altefähr to Putbus or Göhren. Shops are located in Garz 4km away.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
