Summary: Great place in San Jose del Cabo right in the Zona Hotelera area. There is a beach across the street behind the strip of hotels (about a 5-10 minute walk). There are a bunch of restaurants within walking distant, but they are all touristy and pricey. There are plenty more restaurants within a short drive, as well as several grocery stores nearby. The house is in a very safe, gated neighborhood. There were always friendly neighbors and guests lounging by the pool/hot tub. The house was pretty clean, stocked with towels and extra sheets. We kept the doors open most of the time while we were home because there was always a nice breeze. There are 3 bathrooms with toilets and showers (no tubs). The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything. We cooked quite a bit while we were there and didn't have any issues. Dave was always quick to respond, as well as his property manager, Carlos. We definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Dave!
