4 Bedroom Cottage in Cayamant
Very spacious private cottage on a 2 acre property. Open concept, has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, on top of a hill so you have a nice breeze. Your own access to a beautiful clear lake across the road, great fishing and swimming for kids. Stores, trails for ATV's, snowmobiles and hiking near by. Ideal for families and couples and is pet friendly. 1 hour 15 min away from downtown Ottawa, The cottage also comes with access to 2 kayaks, BBQ and fire pit. 55โ Smart TV.
The guests have access to the entire property as well as the entire house and waterfront.
There is plenty of room to park cars as well as trailers and other toys.
IMPORTANT!
Please only use the driveway to go up and down to and from the water as the stairs need to be replaced and NOT accessible. They are blocked off for your safety and should NOT be used
We do have two adult kayaks and two kids kayak with paddles and life jackets for use. We keep them by the cottage. If you wish to use them you may bring them down by the water but please bring them back up after use so they are not unattended. We do have a kayak dolly so it makes it easier to bring them up and down.
There is extra kids life jacket and pool noodles if needed.

Firewood can be provided as per request.
The lake is nice a clear and mostly sandy and shallow for about the first 100 feet and then it drops deeper so itโs perfect for smaller children.
Enjoy the beautiful sky lit up with stars on clear nights.
Jetted tub in the bathroom
This place is on a well as with all other properties in these regions. Water has been tested and safe for consumption but we always like to let guests know in case, as the hot water does have a SULPHUR SMELL but a water dispenser and at least two water jugs are made available every visit for your convenience for drinking water in case.
The retaining wall has been removed due to safety issue at this time and will be repaired in the near future, even though it will not effect guests stay, it is something we like to note as itโs aesthetically not as nice right now.
Guests will be charged for broken or missing items.
NO SMOKING inside.
Guests are expected to clean their own dishes.
There will be extra fees for excessive cleanup.
Please respect the number of guests that are booked.
We love animals but kindly ask to clean up after them.
