Queen bed on mezzanine level also has a walk in separate dressing area with a single bed in the alcove and a screen for privacy. Down 2 steps to the lounge and kitchen area which opens to shade cloth covered patio and large fully fenced yard/garden.
New bathroom with walk in shower, large vanity, washing machine and separate toilet.
The side facing the main house is screened for privacy and along that front verandah there is a large storage area.
