With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. | Long Stay Cleaning Fees | Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third party bookings allowed.
