The house is located in "El Maresme" on the north coast of Barcelona. We access the house by a large entrance presided over by a centenary olive tree, forming a small square that gives way to the main entrance of the house. We access the house by a distributor illuminated by a ceiling window and that leads to a toilet of courtesy and the large living room with fireplace, which surprises us by its views of the large infinity pool, located on the same level and by the vegetation that is seen through the large windows. Throughout this floor, the floor is of high-quality natural parquet. The upper floor is accessed from the distributor of the main entrance and in it we find 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The walls of all the bathrooms are microcement. Of the rooms, 3 are suites with their own bathroom and two of them share a bathroom. The spectacular main room has a great amplitude with air conditioning and from its large windows with a panoramic view, you can access a cozy and sunny terrace with a jacuzzi from which you can enjoy all year round beautiful views of the sea and absolute tranquility.
