Summary: Though the unit was central to many amenities (grocery, etc.) there were several drawbacks. First, if you've been traveling, this unit will be a bit of a strain. You have to go to a local store to pick up the keys. The door lock was difficult enough for us to contact the management company before getting in. The TV did not work (even the remote control fell apart). Wifi was slow with more than one device and required different connections between upstairs and downstairs. Don't believe the unit was code-compliant as the handrail on the second set of stairs was missing. In the end, the amount we felt the amount we paid was not commensurate with what the unit offered.
