King size bed in master and 2 full size beds in 2 rooms as well as 2 large sofa beds for all guests! 3 bathrooms, 6 smart TVs including a 70 inch flatscreen in living room and 55 inch in backyard!
About this space: Over 2000 sq. ft large open format home. Open the front doors to find a comfy game room with a pool table right before you enter a very large living room. Living room has 2 separate brand new sofa sectionals that both turn into beds if needed. 70 inch smart TV + Netflix included placed above a state of the art fire pit. Open kitchen plan allows interaction with guests and entertainment while cooking/eating. Master bedroom has large King size bed, wall to wall closet, floor to ceiling mirrors, smart tv and a private bathroom. 2 separate bedrooms include 2 full size beds in each room, smart TV, closet space, and an attached bathroom for each of them (2). As you exit to the back you will find the main attraction of the home~ the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced in for privacy, includes a very large heated pool with seating areas for all guests to enjoy the south florida sun. Under a covered roof, enjoy 3 couches facing a large flat screen smart TV for additional entertainment. Additionally, outside area includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and space for extra towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, etc. Outside includes a grill, basketball pool hoop, floaties, and cornhole.
