Enjoy a little slice of New England coastal living on George Lane Beach - a hidden gem in Weymouth, MA. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly and well-known for its annual 3rd of July fireworks celebration. You can enjoy the beach for sunning, swimming, floating or boating.
This three-bedroom and two-bath home includes stunning views of Weymouth’s Fore River and George Lane Beach. Enjoy coffee in the morning on the back deck with the rose bushes and a sunset cocktail from the Adirondack chairs in the front of the house. The public beach is only a short walk from the house at the end of the street or hop over the sea wall and jump in the bay with a float. Beach chairs, coolers, and a beach tent are available for your enjoyment.
On the first floor, a living/dining area faces the ocean with large bay view windows and a gas fireplace. The dining room table seats six people. A large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and refrigerator. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and necessary supplies for a home-cooked meal. We provide complimentary coffee & tea for our guests. A second table in the kitchen seats four people. The first-floor bathroom has a full bathtub/shower and a circular vessel sink.
The In-unit Laundry is available for guests staying longer than 7 days. Guest staying less than 7 days can access the laundry room for an additional fee. Please contact your host for more information.
On the second floor, the first bedroom has large bay windows and views of the water. Enjoy a cool ocean breeze at night or use the window unit AC’s which are available. There is a California king platform bed, closet, dresser, and two nightstands for your things.
The second bedroom which faces the back of the house, has a queen bed, AC in the window, closet, dresser, and nightstand. There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower right next to both bedrooms and a linen closet with an ironing board, extra sheets, beach and bath towels.
In addition, the third room is a living area set up as a TV room or den with a 55” flat screen TV mounted on the wall. It includes a full-sized sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two. The living room has an ocean view. Only
fan included. Lounge here on one of the couches with a book or enjoy the complimentary Netflix.
Guests can self-check-in. Prior to arrival, we’ll provide you with codes to access the front door. The alarm system and safe are not available to guests.
