Positive: The location was impeccable. I have to say it is a five star location, but unfortunately marred by poor property maintenance of its accommodation units. The only saving grace is their support staff who were heroically working to save the day despite the impossible situation of dealing with constantly malfunctioning facilities.
Negative: In short, the property maintenance is truly shocking, ... for a hospitality provider to check in a guest without first ensuring the unit facilities are in working order or that safety of guests are not compromised. It's a wonder they are still in business. It's a serious blow to Penang tourism to have operators like this running any establishment in the state.
Summary: Could have been a glorious vacation ... instead of a circus!
