Summary: The location of this home truly couldn’t have been more perfect! It was ideal for our group of 11 women—my grandmother, her daughters (my aunts), and all of her grandchildren (my cousins). We loved every second spent on the private balcony and appreciated how easy it was to walk to everything in the French Quarter.That said, communication with the property manager was a bit challenging. We didn’t receive check-in details or the door code until we were literally standing outside the property with all our luggage. The few days leading up to the trip were stressful, not knowing whether we’d actually be able to access the home after flying in. That uncertainty definitely took away from the excitement of what was supposed to be a special and memorable trip.Once we were in the house, I reached out with a few simple questions—like asking for extra towels—but unfortunately never got a response. With 11 of us, we found ourselves short on towels, washcloths, and blankets.That being said, when the property manager did respond, she was friendly and helpful—we just wish communication had been more consistent from the beginning.
