Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Breakfast was nice, room was very nice (although air-conditioning would have been best in this heat wave). Staff poor command of the English language was a drawback - despite their efforts to be helpful - and it combined with a very reserved demeanor on customer service staff's part. More smiley good-humor would have compensated for the language barrier.

Negative: See above. Also, it's best to avoid serious flights of stairs when people routinely have to check in with serious luggage.

Summary: Very good value - only lacks A/C
