This vacation home opens up to a spacious great room and gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of the 75-inch Sony Smart television. The dining room features a formal dining table with seating for 8-10 and a beautiful mid-sized wet bar featuring bar height seating , a sink, and a wine/beverage refrigerator. The fully-equipped chef's kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a KitchenAid French door refrigerator, Jenn-Air touchscreen oven, and microwave combo and large double sink which offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal. Additionally, island seating for five, with a Jenn-Air 5-burner stovetop and prep sink. The breakfast nook with seating for four is a great place to start with an adjacent coffee station and a 42-inch smart tv.

Master Suite 1 is located next to the great room and features a king-sized Bed, Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, 50-inch television, and walk-in closet with access to the front courtyard. Private, en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, tile shower, small bench seat, and his and her sinks on opposite sides of a vanity.
Suite 2 is located next to the dining room and features a King-sized Bed, 42-inch tv with Roku stick, large reach-in closet. Private, en-suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks. Suite 3 is located next to the laundry room and features two XL Twin-sized Beds, 42-inch television with a Roku stick and a reach-in closet. Summary: This home was amazing, even better than the pictures shown. Perfect for a weekend getaway in La Quinta. The home was beautifully appointed and each room had an ensuite. The pool area was so relaxing. It was also walking distance to Old Town that is full of wonderful cafes, restaurants, and shops.
