Positive: Staff were kind, protective and efficient. The location of the Star Inn was beautiful, surrounded by breath taking views and scenery. Located just above the top of Stroud with everything being a small distance or commute.
Negative: The room we stayed in wasn't great value for money and feel although we have been over priced for what we payed. The room wasn't clean at all, and felt & looked like it hadn't had a good clean in a while... it was extremely dirty and expensive for the price we paid. We left feeling unclean, dirty and unsatisfied with our overall stay.
