Sheltered in a small courtyard of a stately home estate, Mill Cottage is a love story to Yorkshire’s past.
Like centuries before, Broughton Beck flows right by the holiday cottage, passing through landscaped gardens and the original water wheel. It makes a lovely place to sit and relax, especially as fabulous peacocks wander freely through the grounds.
The décor inside is joyful and bright and is a playful contrast to the mill’s stern facade.
Downstairs, you’ll find a cosy living room with a glowing wood burner, a spacious dining area, and a kitchen with all mod-cons. There are views directly onto the water wheel too!
