Very clean with newly remodeled bathrooms, new beautiful flooring and baseboards, and new living room and dining room furniture! Also has a new big screen TV and new king size bed in the master! Pull right up to your front door and leave the stress of the world behind! Within minutes you can be walking on the beach to the famous Venice South Beach Jetty searching for shark teeth in the shark tooth capitol of the world! If you're lucky, you may also see the manatee's, sea turtles and dolphin right out front. Perhaps grab lunch at the Jetty Cafe or walk over to the famous Crow's Nest Restaurant for dinner featuring fine dining upstairs and a wonderful pub downstairs witch hosts live entertainment. If fishing, sailing or renting a boat is your thing, it's all within walking distance. Want to see alligators? We know a great spot, just ask us. Whether you want to relax or let loose a little, the quaint downtown city of Venice has it all. Located only two miles away, you'll find an excellent variety of shopping and dining with unique individually owned restaurants and boutiques. Venice is truly one of Florida's best kept secrets.
