Summary: Nicely positioned geographically and they had campervan parking and welcomed pets, so great for campers and pet lovers. Very basic room. Room was clean but very cold. I was housed in an old building and the windows were not double glazed. It was a cold day. Heating was turned on only after I requested at the desk at 7pm, although I was told it was on a timer and should have been on. Heating went off at 9:30 pm. Fortunately there was an extra duvet in the room but I had broken sleep due to the cold. A real shame because I only stated the night there to get a good sleep and a not too early start to an event nearby. I checked out at 7am and the heating had not switched on. Not great for my joints. The staff were all polite and friendly. Dinner time was busy and could have been better staffed. The meal was okay. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment.
