Positive: I booked very late I think it was 21:30 I messaged/emailed the host asking if they could please confirm the booking..I think I got a reply within 15 mins which is remarkably good as their office was shut at 21:00 they confirmed the booking and sent me the details as to location and entry...& It was relatively very easy to find ..it's not The Ritz ..but it is clean safe and cheap
