Summary: My partner and I stayed at this location for 2 nights during a long weekend trip to Asheville. Check in was a breeze and the photos are totally accurate. Great location as well. Close to everything and right next door to a large brewery with a little walking trail. The place was overall appropriately clean—I did notice a stain/gunk on some of the decorative couch pillows and a bit of mold on the shower liner, but hey no big deal. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was that I messaged the property manager through the app a week or two before our scheduled trip inquiring about extending our stay on the front end—basically adding Thursday night to our already scheduled Friday Saturday stay. Though I followed up, I never heard back. It ultimately ended up being good for us—we stayed at a hotel in downtown Asheville on Thursday night so we got a good flavor of both downtown and west Asheville. Also having parking on site is a plus! There was street parking available as well but being able to park right outside made it super easy to carry stuff to and from the car. Overall a very good stay.
