Studio22 is located in the heart of Bellingen, with only a 3 minute walk to the Main Street of town or to The Famous Bellingen Community Markets. Our beautiful Studio is on a corner right opposite the local public school. You have your own private access into the Studio as well as a beautiful relaxing private spacious courtyard with seating, a bbq & a fire pit that's great in the winter time. As you open up the barn doors to Studio22 you will be wowed, this space is all open planned living style & you will find everything you need for your stay.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
*This is all open planned living space so no privacy except for the bathroom.
*I CANNOT fit 4 adults.
*If you require any additional bedding apart from the main queen size bed made up, you will have to send a request through & there is additional charge for extra linen usage.
