There is also a convenient mud room and laundry room with covered entry. The great room boasts a beautiful floor-to-ceiling rock hearth with fireplace and views of the hills. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and features a built in gas cooktop, island with extra sink, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, desk nook for any work you may need to do, and room for multiple chefs! The dining area is adjacent to the covered porch and outdoor patio for indoor or al fresco meals. The secluded location includes tons of parking for multiple vehicles, including plenty of room to bring your boat for a fun day at New Melones Reservoir to enjoy wakeboarding, waterskiing, or just a relaxing lake day (just about a 15-20 min drive).
