The home has an open floor plan, high ceilings, polished concrete floors and high-end furnishings, rugs and artwork throughout, providing an ideal layout for both relaxation and entertaining. The living area and master bedroom have high transom windows (the master bedroom's has a remote control blackout shade). Central air/heat and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms ensure your comfort.
Interior features;
Gourmet, galley style kitchen kitted out with everything the discerning chef could need, whether making a quick smoothie or cooking a cordon bleu dinner for guests. A huge sparkling white quartz breakfast bar links the kitchen to the dining area which seats 8 comfortably, 12 at push.
Living area is luxuriously appointed with a giant off-white leather sectional which can seat 6 comfortably and an LED flame effect fireplace to provide the perfect ambiance at the press of a remote. Sleek glass sliding doors overlook the pool and provide access to the outdoor kitchen and dining area.
