Positive: We felt really welcome. Mert and team were so hospitable and attentive - they really cared that we were comfortable and had all we needed. The hotel itself is in a good location with great options for lunch and dinner close by. There is also a really nice jazz club 5 minutes away.
Negative: Tbh very little. It is on a fairly busy street, but noise wasn't too much of a problem for us.
Summary: It's a very special place with a warm welcome and loads to see and do.
