One block to the beach. Five blocks to the Village of Carlsbad.
Just one block from the sand! Contemporary finishes - commercial appliances, natural gas BBQ, high efficiency heating and air conditioning, 55' Smart TV, and super-fast and reliable internet/wi-fi.
The suite is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We provide all linens and beach towels. We also have plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Boogie Boards, sand toys which are shared with other renters. We always have more inner inventory if needed.
There is no carpeting -- just luxurious porcelain floors. Slab quartz counters, European Hans Grohe Rain Showers, washer and dryer in unit. Did we mention the game room? Pinball, video games, Foosball and shuffleboard.
There is no smoking or pets allowed anywhere on the property.
Great location! Walk one block west to the beach! Walk to restaurants, the charming Village shops, the farmers' market and nightlife are all nearby!
