Positive: Great Location the hosts were very helpful. Flexible On our check in. Helped us with luggage And parking. Helped to arrange a boat trip. Several very good restaurants located within walking distance has washer and dryer which was great to have. Beautiful terrace overlooking the Bay of Kotor.
Negative: Nothing. Only caution is there is no elevator and two flights of stairs so keep in mind if you have limited mobility
