Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The staff were great. They were responsive and helpful before we arrived and organising free transfers to and from the airport with them was very easy.
Negative: The rooms were a little tired, the area around the hotel was very noisy at night and the breakfast was a little disappointing for UK tastes.
Summary: Very helpful and responsive staff in a slightly tired hotel.
