Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two XL Twin beds. Relax & Enjoy a Beverage by the Pool, Dine Al-Fresco, take in Ballgames at nearby Surprise Stadium or Peoria Sports Complex, or play one of the 9 nearby Golf Courses. You may also enjoy walking the Paved Paths throughout the Neighborhood, hiking the nearby White Tank Mountains, or exploring all of the nearby Dining & Shopping options. Close to TopGolf, State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Phoenix Raceway, Wildlife World Zoo, Digiplex Surprise Imax, Desert Diamond Casino, & Lake Pleasant Regional Park.

Luke AFB is located in a neighboring town, jets can be seen/heard during weekdays. Occasionally on weekends.
