This quaint little condo is on the 2nd floor, which is the top floor, an end unit with a private deck overlooking the tennis courts with 12 windows there is plenty of natural light. It's peaceful and comfortable. We have just finished a total remodel in cool driftwood grays. It is actually considered a 2 bed 2 bath but we have put the emphasis on using the 2nd bedroom as an office but it could accommodate a weekend guest. Lots of cupboard and storage, with big walk-in Master closet. Close to US1 and close to downtown Vero Beach. Lush wooded landscape and pretty sunsets. The Tennis club, fitness club, and swimming pool are separate entities but for a small fee you can join for short term.
