After many years and hundreds of requests the owners have decided to bring one of the surf side shacks back to the holiday market for a short time only. Offering the ultimate beachfront location and in the center of town this unit has it all. Positioned on the ground floor for easy access you can walk straight from your covered and fully fenced outdoor area across the small lane way on to the sand. The unit offers one bedroom with a queen sized bed and built in robe. The bathroom and laundry are combined with a stand alone shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine. The lounge, dining and kitchen are open plan with air conditioning however the lounge room can be closed off using shutters to make a second bedroom. The lounge room has a sofa that pulls out into a double bed (for children only) and a flat screen TV. The dining room table sits four and the kitchen is well equipped. Please take note there is only a small portable stove top and oven in the unit, however there is a great BBQ and an abundance of cafes and resultants within a minutes' walk from your door step. Outside is the perfect fully fenced covered outdoor area overlooking the ocean with an outdoor setting and BBQ. There is also a convenient gate that leads you directly to the famous Woorim beach. There is parking for a single car under cover at the complex as well. If you can pull yourself away from the unit and the beach there are other Bribie highlights like the cinemas, Pumicestone passage, two golf courses, the shopping center and the butterfly house within a five minutes drive from your door.You will also find the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and the Airport within an hours drive. This unit really does offer the best location with ocean views and in the center of town, with no stairs to climb for access and it is even pet friendly for one small dog. Please be aware our terms and conditions apply under all circumstances even during covid restrictions. Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 per bed which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels. Accommodates 4 : 1 x Queen Bed and 1 x Double pull out sofa bed for children only. ( no more than two adults per bookings) A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog. A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
