Open plan, high ceilings make this house feel spacious. All modern appliances and fibre optic wi-fi included. Master bedroom has ensuite with wet room shower.
The house has a great indoor/outdoor flow with a sunny outdoor entertaining area on the large deck that surrounds the property and receives all day sun and magical sunsets. New 5 person spa pool.
Go for a bike ride in the reserve or take the kids to the skatepark - all walking distance away. Table tennis table, Dart board in the carpeted garage with beer fridge (BYO beer) for indoor fun. Trampoline and fort for the kids to play on while you relax on the deck with a wine.
Only 5 mins drive to Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island. 20 minutes to the Mount Hot pools, 40mins to Rotoroa lakes, 1.5 hours to Taupo.
