Positive: Really nice property finished to a high standard. Lovely welcome treats. Everything you need for a superb stay is provided. Enjoyed a relaxing stay, peaceful property with wild birds feeding in the garden. Listening to a woodpecker in the tree was a nice bonus to first morning cup of tea sat outside. Good location for exploring South West Scotland, close to Kirkcudbright, Gatehouse of Fleet and fab local beaches. Swallows is very well equipped for cooking at the holiday let but if you fancy eating out, good food is available at nearby Borgue Hotel wed-sun otherwise further afield

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like, everything was lovely.

Summary: A lovely comfortable peaceful stay as a base to explore South West Scotland
